VB.NET, Copy App.Config file into different folder

I’m working on a standalone VB.NET app. It has its own app.config file. Now, I’ve moved the app.config file to a different folder. It won’t compile because the compiler doesn’t look in the new folder.
Here is the error message:
Error MSB4095: The “TargetFrameworkVersion” property is not recognized or
incorrectly spelled. Verify that it is spelled correctly and that
there are no case changes and no punctuation or blank lines.
C:\Users\Chris\Documents\Visual Studio

I’m not sure what to do to fix this. Can anyone help?

Android TextViews Update Thread

I am having an issue with updating text views. If I update one text view every second everything works fine. However, if I stop updating the text view, it will show the old value. I am trying to do this with a thread so the UI doesn’t freeze. I want the text views to update after the variables have been updated. I have also tried using a handler. The text views will only update after the variables have been updated.
