Since you had asked me to get you a list of files that can be recovered from the server, let me remind you of the procedure. I would suggest you e-mail the entire project to Donna Aron. This way Donna can make sure the file is not recovered before you assume it has been and set up another project for the recovery. Once Donna receives the e-mail, she will review the list and inform you if the file was recovered. If not, then you will need to track down the previous project manager that was involved and try to determine if the file was accidentally
withdrawn from the server by him. Once you determine the answer to that question, you will need to determine the steps needed to make the file recoverable and can make a note of that information to share with the new project manager. Please let me know if you have any questions.
