You don’t need to install Photoshop on your PC or Mac. Photoshop Elements is available on many platforms including your Android smartphone or tablet.

Step 1: Open an image in Photoshop Elements
Open an image in Photoshop Elements and look for a File menu button or press Ctrl+O.
The image you want to edit will be open in the main window.
Step 2: Edit in Photoshop Elements
We’ll need to resize, crop, and add a filter to your image now. Let’s do that now.
Crop your image
To crop your image, press Ctrl+C to open the Crop tool.
Click the Crop tool. You may need to press Ctrl+A to select the entire image.
Move your mouse away from the crop tool and drag it to the desired location.
When you reach the desired location, release the mouse button to crop the image.
Resize your image
To resize an image, press Ctrl+T to open the Resize tool.
Click the Resize tool. You may need to press Ctrl+A to select the entire image.
Move your mouse away from the Resize tool and drag it to the desired location.
